High Road Tattoo & Piercing opened July 1, 2025 on Swanton Road in St. Albans. It is a full-service street shop with three artists, a body piercer, and a growing body jewelry selection, all under one roof.
Owner Matthew Flanagan has been tattooing in Franklin County since 2003. He opened High Road to give artists, clients, and the area’s alternative creative community a place to call home. That community has always been here. Now it has a shop of its own.
Come in. Walk-ins are always welcome when availability allows.
