High Road Tattoo & Piercing opened July 1, 2025 on Swanton Road in St. Albans. It is a full-service street shop with three artists, a body piercer, and a growing body jewelry selection, all under one roof.
Owner Matthew Flanagan has been tattooing in Franklin County since 2003. He built this place to be something more than just a tattoo shop: a space for artists, for people, and for the alternative creative community that's always been here but hasn't always had a home.
Come in. Walk-ins are always welcome when availability allows.
